Eligibility.com is a decent company. The information on their website is accurate and up-to-date. I appreciate that they provide easy-to-understand explanations and examples. However, their customer service could be improved. I reached out to them with a question and it took a while to get a response. When I finally did, it was a generic answer that didn't fully address my concern. Overall, I give them a 3.5 out of 5 stars. 🤷‍♀️
