My experience with First Connecticut Credit Union has been mixed. While their online banking platform is easy to use and convenient, I've had some issues with their customer service. On a few occasions, I had to wait for a long time on hold before getting assistance. The overall experience could be improved, but it's still better than some other banks I've dealt with in the past.
