I recently hired a landscape architect for my backyard project and came across Traverse Landscape Architects. Their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. The initial consultation was satisfactory, as they listened to my ideas and offered some suggestions. However, the communication throughout the project was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to receive updates and responses to my questions. The quality of their work was decent, but I feel like they could have paid more attention to detail. The final result was satisfactory, but not exceptional. In terms of pricing, they were average compared to other companies I researched. Overall, while Traverse Landscape Architects provided an average experience, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
