I had a mixed experience with Borland International, Inc. Overall, I would rate it as average. The customer service was efficient, but the product quality could have been better. I encountered some technical issues with their software, but the support team was quick to respond and resolve the problems. However, there were times when their response time was longer than expected, which was frustrating. I think there is room for improvement, but Borland International, Inc. has the potential to become better.
