I had a mixed experience with Locher HR. The recruitment process was quite smooth and I was impressed with their quick response. However, once I started working, I realized that the company lacked proper training programs for new hires. This made it difficult for me to settle in and adapt to the work environment. Also, the company culture was not very inclusive and there was a lack of transparency in decision-making. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
