I recently used the logistics services of this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and contained helpful information about their services. However, the process of booking and tracking my shipment could have been smoother. There were some delays in the delivery, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service team was responsive, but I expected more proactive updates regarding the status of my shipment. The pricing was reasonable, but not extraordinary. One positive aspect was the professional and courteous attitude of the delivery personnel. They handled my shipment with care and were prompt in their service. Although there is room for improvement in certain areas, such as communication and delivery delays, I would still consider using this logistics company again if needed.
