Starting my career at Kontron Canada has been a great decision! The work environment is collaborative and supportive, allowing me to learn and grow both personally and professionally. The management team is approachable and values their employees' opinions. The company promotes work-life balance, which is important to me. The colleagues are friendly and always willing to help. The only area that requires improvement is internal communication, as sometimes important information gets lost in the process. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Kontron Canada!
