My experience with Devlet was a mixed bag. While the overall quality of their work was decent, there were some issues that could have been handled better. The communication can be improved, as there were delays in response times. However, they were able to deliver the project on time and meet the basic requirements. I believe with some improvements, they have the potential to become a great company.
