Friendly and accommodating water department employees!
We had to have our outside water valve turned off to put new ball valves installed before and after our water meter. We could not believe how accommodating the water department employees were! Jay and another employee came right down after we called. Days later, Jay came during a snow storm to shut our water off and back on so the plumber could do his job. Both guys were very friendly, which helped the ordeal be much less painful. The two ladies in the office were very nice as well!
