I had a mixed experience with Bt ignite. While their customer service was great and their website was easy to navigate, I found their pricing to be a bit high. The overall service was average, nothing exceptional. They did resolve my issues in a timely manner, but I expected more from such a reputed company. I hope they can improve in the future.
