I have been a customer of Openreach for quite some time now, and I must say that the service provided by them has been average. While they do a decent job in terms of connectivity, there have been some occasional hiccups that have caused inconvenience. The customer support is also just average, as it sometimes takes a while to get a response. Overall, Openreach is an okay choice if you are looking for a reliable internet connection.
