I recently had the opportunity to try out a new restaurant called La Salmoreteca and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I tried their salmorejo and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were well-balanced and the texture was smooth. The prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend checking out La Salmoreteca if you're in the area.
