🌟 🌟 🌟 The company's website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their programs and events. The registration process was smooth, and they promptly responded to my queries. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more personalized and attentive. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected to get a response. Although the company's mission is commendable, the execution of their programs fell slightly short of my expectations. The debate sessions lacked structure and felt disorganized at times. The coaching could have been more hands-on and engaging. Nonetheless, the company did provide a platform for students to express their thoughts and improve their critical thinking skills. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement to make it an exceptional one. 🌟 🌟 🌟
