I have been working with Hydra-Arc (Ark Force) for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. While they do get the job done, the quality of their work can be inconsistent at times. The communication with their team can also be a bit challenging as they often take some time to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
