I recently used a caregiver agency to find someone to help care for my elderly parent, and I had an average experience. The agency was professional and efficient in finding a caregiver who meets our needs. The caregiver is kind and patient, but there have been a few instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. Overall, I would recommend this agency for those in need of caregiving services.
