As a CUSTOMER, I would rate All Weather Seal Co Inc as average. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I had my windows replaced by them, and while the quality of the workmanship was good, the communication could have been better. The installers arrived on time and completed the job without any issues. However, I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project. Overall, I would recommend them if you're looking for an average window replacement company.
