I had an average experience with the Vancouver Singapore Film Festival. The film selection was quite diverse, but the overall organization and execution of the festival could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. The festival could have done a better job of addressing concerns and providing updates. Overall, it was an average experience.
