I recently booked a vacation with Travelwithus and I have mixed feelings about it. The booking process was smooth and the customer service was satisfactory. However, some aspects of the trip were disappointing. The accommodations were not as described and the tour guide seemed uninterested. Overall, it was an average experience at best.
