I recently hired an architect from XYZ Architecten to work on my home renovation project. Overall, I had an average experience with the company. The communication with the architect was satisfactory, as they were responsive and listened to my ideas. However, I felt that the design process lacked creativity and innovation. The end result did not meet my expectations and lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Furthermore, the website provided little information about their previous projects, making it difficult to assess their capabilities. On the positive side, they completed the project within the agreed timeline and the quality of workmanship was decent. It would have been helpful if they offered more guidance and suggestions during the planning stage. Overall, XYZ Architecten provided an average service, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of design and customer experience.
