I have been a regular customer at Yoga in the heights for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to. The classes are well-structured and challenging, but the instructors make sure to provide modifications and variations for all levels. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a calming ambiance. I always leave each class feeling energized and refreshed. Highly recommended!
