I have had multiple experiences with a certain logistics company, and my recent experience with them was not up to the mark. The company failed to meet my expectations, and I faced several delays in the delivery process. It was quite disappointing. However, I must appreciate the ease of tracking my shipment on their website. I would rate them as average.
