As a customer of Tero marine as, I must say their service is average. I have had both positive and negative experiences with them. The software they provide for managing marine operations is decent, but it can be quite slow and clunky at times. The customer support is also hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are responsive and helpful, but other times it takes forever to get a response. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
