I've been a customer of Ifsm - the international foundation for science and management for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the basic necessities, I feel that there is room for improvement. The user interface of their website is outdated and can be confusing to navigate. Additionally, their customer service could be more responsive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
