I've had a mixed experience with Hot-hed, inc. On one hand, their customer service has been helpful and responsive whenever I've contacted them. However, I feel like the quality of their products could be improved. There have been a few instances where I received faulty items, but their team promptly resolved the issue. Overall, I would say my experience with them has been satisfactory.
