I have been a customer of Runtime.io for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The platform is easy to use and their support team is responsive, but there are some areas where they could improve. The pricing is a bit high compared to similar services in the market, and there have been a few instances of downtime which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say Runtime.io is an average company to work with.
