I have been working at Kontron Canada for several months and I must say, overall, it has been a great experience. The company fosters a collaborative environment where everyone's opinion is respected and valued. The work-life balance is excellent, allowing me to maintain a healthy personal life while still being fully engaged in my work. The management team is supportive and provides clear direction and feedback. The only area where I see room for improvement is in the communication between different teams, as sometimes important information gets lost in the process. Nonetheless, Kontron Canada is a great company to work for and I highly recommend it.
