Being a small business owner, I decided to give Affiniti Accountants & Tax Consultants a try, as they seemed to offer a range of professional services on their website. While my overall experience with them was average, they did provide assistance with my tax needs and offered some valuable advice on financial planning. However, I found their customer service to be lacking at times, as response times to my queries were quite slow. Additionally, their fees were higher than I expected, considering the level of service provided. The company's website, though informative, could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness and navigation. In conclusion, while Affiniti Accountants & Tax Consultants did fulfill their duties to a certain extent, there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service and pricing.
