I've been a customer of F&m savings bank for several years now and I can say that their service is quite average. They do the minimum to stay in business, nothing exceptional. The website is outdated and not user-friendly. The interest rates on their savings accounts are very low. I would recommend looking into other options if you are in search of a better banking experience.
