I recently had an average experience with this estate agent. The website was easy to navigate, and I could find all the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be just okay. It felt like they were not really invested in helping me find the right property. The agent I dealt with seemed indifferent and didn't offer much support during the process. The property listings were also not very impressive, with limited options in the areas I was interested in. Overall, I would say this company is average at best. They have a decent website but lack the personalized touch and professionalism that I was expecting.
