I had an average experience at Strata salonspa. The salon was clean and well-maintained, but the service was not exceptional. The staff seemed a bit distant and uncaring. I expected a more personalized experience, but instead, I felt like just another customer. The haircut I got was decent, but nothing special. Overall, it was an average salon visit.
