I had the pleasure of trying the gingerbread from Tasmanian Gingerbread recently and it was absolutely delicious! The gingerbread had the perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness. It was moist and had a nice crunch to it. The flavor was rich and the ginger really shone through. I highly recommend Tasmanian Gingerbread to all gingerbread lovers out there!
