I recently hired a company to help with flood damage in my home and I came across this one through their website. Overall, my experience with them was average. The technicians were punctual and seemed knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They were able to fix the immediate issues caused by the flood, but I felt like they could have done a better job with the cleanup. There were still a few areas that were not thoroughly dried or properly sanitized. Additionally, their customer service could use some improvement. It took a bit too long to get responses to my inquiries and there was a lack of proactive communication throughout the process. However, they did complete the job within the estimated timeframe, which was a plus. Considering everything, I would rate them as an average company for flood damage restoration.
