I have been a customer of Jordan Carris Agency for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the necessary coverage for my insurance needs, I haven't been particularly impressed with their customer service. It often takes a long time to get a response from them and their agents can be quite unhelpful at times. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
