I had a mixed experience with a recent translation company I used. While the translations themselves were good, I found the overall service to be lacking. The customer support was slow in responding to my queries, and there were some issues with the delivery of the translations. However, I appreciate the efforts put into the quality of the translations. There is definitely room for improvement in the customer service aspect.
