I recently availed the services of a law firm for my legal matter, but I must say I was disappointed with the services provided. The lawyer assigned to my case was not attentive and seemed disinterested in my concerns. The overall experience was below par compared to my previous encounters with other firms. However, the administrative staff was helpful and tried their best to address my queries.
