The South Grafton Water District is doing a decent job overall. Their customer service is prompt and professional, and they handle issues efficiently. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced water discoloration, which was not ideal. Nevertheless, I have seen improvements in the water quality recently, so I hope they continue to make progress. Overall, I would rate them as average.
