I want to share my experience with the Department of Premier and Cabinet. The services provided are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The website, dpc.vic.gov.au, could be more user-friendly and responsive. Despite these minor drawbacks, the department has been helpful in addressing my concerns. I appreciate their efforts and hope they continue to strive for excellence.
