I recently took a trip with Pathfinder travels and had an overall average experience. The company website, pathfindertravels.se, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and lacked enthusiasm when answering my queries. Additionally, the itinerary was slightly rushed, leaving me feeling like I didn't have enough time to fully explore each destination. On a positive note, the accommodation provided was comfortable and clean. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting insights about the places we visited. Overall, my experience with Pathfinder travels could have been better if the customer service and pacing of the trip were improved.
