I have been a customer of The Social Ladder for over a year now, and I must say, their services are simply average. The website is user-friendly, but their customer support needs improvement. There have been a few instances where I had issues or questions, but it took them quite a while to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, they do an okay job, but there's definitely room for improvement.
