Flx bike is an excellent company. The quality of their bikes is exceptional and their customer service is top-notch. I purchased my Flx bike a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with it. The bike is sturdy, comfortable, and rides like a dream. The customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a question about assembly. I highly recommend Flx bike to anyone in the market for a new electric bike!
