I've been using Equinox telecom llc for a while now and I must say they provide an average service. The internet speed is decent, and I rarely experience any major outages. However, their customer support could use some improvement. Whenever I have an issue, it takes them quite some time to respond, and even then, the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as average.
