As a customer of Novalash, I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is not superb, but it's not terrible either. I have tried their lash extensions and although they looked nice at first, they didn't last very long. The glue used for the extensions also irritated my eyes a bit. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better results.
