I recently had the opportunity to participate in a leadership program organized by a certain association, and I must say it was an average experience. The program had some valuable elements, but overall, it lacked depth and failed to leave a lasting impact. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of content and delivery. However, I appreciate the efforts made by the association to provide leadership development opportunities for students.
