I have a mixed opinion about Heatex pty. ltd. On one hand, their customer service is great and they always respond to my queries promptly. On the other hand, the quality of their products is average at best. I have had a few issues with the products I purchased from them, and it was quite a hassle to get them resolved. Overall, I would say my experience with Heatex pty. ltd. is average.
