I had an average experience with Pacific marine analysis and research association (pacmara). The website pacmara.org provided some useful information. However, I found the overall service to be just mediocre. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and it took them a long time to address my concerns. I expected better customer service from such a reputed organization. The only reason I am giving them an average rating is because of the valuable insights they provided.
