I've had mixed experiences with Spectral products....

I've had mixed experiences with Spectral products. Some of the products I've purchased have been great, while others have been average. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth. Their customer service could be improved as they were not very responsive when I had an issue. Overall, I would say they are decent.
