I recently had the opportunity to hire the services of this law firm, and overall my experience was average. On the positive side, their website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their areas of expertise. Additionally, the staff were polite and professional in their communications.

However, I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the company. It often took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which caused delays in the overall process. Furthermore, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar firms in the market.

While the experience was not exceptional, it was not entirely negative either. I appreciated the knowledge and expertise demonstrated by the lawyers I worked with. Going forward, I hope the company can address their communication and pricing issues, as it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
