I recently purchased some imported products from "Tricana Imports" and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide variety of products to choose from. However, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. The shipping process was efficient and the products arrived in good condition, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I had some questions about my order and it took quite a long time for them to respond to my queries. Although the quality of the imported products was decent, I felt that it did not completely justify the higher price point. Overall, it was an average experience and I wouldn't necessarily rush to make another purchase from them in the future.
