I have been a customer of Bokia ab for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While I appreciate their wide selection of books, I have often found their prices to be a bit higher than other retailers. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to find someone available to assist me. Overall, I would say that Bokia ab is an okay company to buy books from.
