I recently purchased a reptile from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. However, I was slightly disappointed with the communication from the company. They took longer than expected to respond to my questions and didn't provide much information about the reptile I was interested in. When the reptile arrived, it was healthy and in good condition, so that was a relief. However, the packaging could have been more secure as there was a small crack in the enclosure. It would have been helpful to have some care instructions included as well. While the reptile itself is great, I feel that the customer service and attention to detail could use some improvement. Overall, an average experience.
